SUMMARY Responsible for the financial and technical performance of the office, including business development, client service, and employee development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and revise as necessary the annual business plan, operating plan, and revenue and profit goals for the office. Provide weekly updates on projected office revenue and utilization. Approve timesheets, coordinate scheduling, approve expenses, interact with regional director to ensure goals are met.
