You will be a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders by assessing strategic and reputational impacts of business initiatives. As a Starbucks  sr. manager ethical sourcing , you will . . .  Define   strategies to proactively identify and address ethical sourcing issues (worker, animal and environmental welfare). Influence   internal and external stakeholders to ensure the assessment of social and environmental impacts are integrated in the sourcing process.  Develop and integrate   best in class ethical sourcing programs throughout the Company’s global supply chain. Lead and coach   team members to achieve business results.  We’d love to hear from people with: Seven years developing and integrating comprehensive programs to address ethical sourcing issues (worker, animal and environmental welfare) in a progressive organization. Seven years direct work experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing or supply chain. Seven years leading and facilitating cross-functional groups. Three or more years people management.
