Description : We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Area Environmental Protection Specialist located in Omaha, Nebraska, supporting US Army Reserve Centers in Nebraska and Iowa. Primary responsibilities include Hazardous Material (HM) and Hazardous waste (HW) compliance, spill prevention, HM training, site assistance visits, and corrective action development, drafting installation corrective action plans, and root cause determination. Broad based working knowledge of Environmental regulation is desired (CAA, CWA, SDWA, RCRA, EPCRA, lead, radon, asbestos).  Requirements BS degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or other related or other science related field. Successful candidates must be a self-starter who is prepared to take ownership several projects & multi-task coordination.
