PACENow is the leading research and advocacy national non-profit organization promoting Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing. PACE is a simple and effective way to finance energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation upgrades to buildings. PACE can pay for new heating and cooling systems, lighting improvements, solar panels, water pumps, insulation, and more for almost any property – homes, commercial, industrial, non-profit, and agricultural.
Funded primarily through foundations, PACENow supports efforts of states to design and implement effective PACE policy. We provide leadership, resources, information, and networking to this vibrant and growing industry comprised of governments, scores of companies providing administrative, financing, and other PACE related services, real estate owners, energy service companies, investors, lenders, and other non-profits that share our passion.
