The Manager for Environmental Integration will be the team leader for Environmental Integration supporting & based at Disneyland Resort. This role is expected to largely work normal business hours, but will require flexibility as we partner with all areas of the Resort, many of which operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, weekends and holidays. Job Summary: Administration of and compliance with, the terms and conditions of the Resort National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit. Compliance with the Orange County Sanitation District Sewer Discharge Permit, and the Orange County Public Property Encroachment Permit. Primary point of contact to the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board, the Orange County Sanitation District and the Orange County Environmental Management Agency, Flood Control District, City of Anaheim. Serve as liaison with Lines of Business and partner with Resort teams to ensure that work efforts are protective of the environment. Manage storm water diversion design, execution, maintenance and reporting. Provide guidance and leadership to Lines of Business including Facilities, Hotels, Custodial, Entertainment, Operations, and Environmental Affairs on how to operate in a compliant manner from hourly Cast to Resort Executive teams. Develop training content for water program. Work under the guidance of senior staff. Prepare and submit all necessary monthly, quarterly and annual reports to environmental regulatory agencies. Design and execute sampling plans and interpret data. This role oversees site assessments and remediation (clean-up) projects. Provide assistance in the compliant execution of construction processes across the Resort under the direction of more senior staff. Research and development of new technologies to aid in compliance. Basic Qualifications: Experience in implementing NPDES Programs, interpreting analytical data, water systems and watershed controls, working with Regional Water Quality Control Board and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office based applications. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to find a compliant manner of conducting a wide variety of unique work efforts. Ability to work with varying personalities at every level within the Resort. Experience working with and negotiating permits with local, state, and federal agencies.
