The Tillamook Estuaries Partnership is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to the conservation and restoration of Tillamook County's estuaries and watersheds in their entirety. The Tillamook Estuaries Partnership is one of 28 National Estuary Programs in the country. The National Estuary Program is born out of the Clean Water Act with oversight from the US EPA.
