NEIWPCC is seeking a full-time or part-time Environmental Analyst to design and host Title 5 trainings for municipal health officials across the state. The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Program (DEP) Title 5 regulation governs the construction and maintenance of septic systems and the transport of septic-system waste. What You’ll Do As a NEIWPCC Environmental Analyst and an essential member of the Wastewater and Onsite Programs Division, you will: Facilitate and participate in meetings with local boards, commissions and public health departments to assist with interpreting regulations, policies and guidance. Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop and deliver regular training, including in-person workshops, live virtual sessions, and self-paced online modules.
