NEIWPCC, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), and the Long Island Regional Planning Council (LIRPC) are seeking a full-time Environmental Analyst to assist with program coordination, administration, and short and long-term planning for the Long Island Nitrogen Action Plan (LINAP). LINAP is a multiyear initiative to reduce nitrogen in Long Island's surface and ground waters through technical, management, regulatory and policy action. This position will assist with the continued development and implementation of initiatives and partnerships prioritized by the NYSDEC to support the implementation of LINAP.
