Job Description and Duties Under the direction of the Deputy Director, Siting, Transmission and Environmental Protection Division, the Energy Resources Specialist III (Managerial), Office Manager, manages, plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Compliance Office. This includes project managers, and other professional staff engaged in the review and analysis of energy facility compliance policies, power plant amendment projects, enforcement of conditions of certification, and other policy issues related to the Siting, Transmission and Environmental Protection Division’s compliance program.
