DESCRIPTION
Amazon's global sustainability team is looking for a Senior Manager to streamline and enhance one of Amazon's strategic business lines, our Hazardous Material (Hazmat) Storage team. This position will report directly to the WW Director of Environmental Affairs, is based in Seattle, and has a global scope. In this role you will use your knowledge of environmental regulations, operations, and storage of hazmat materials. The role is global in scope with teams that operate in all of Amazon's major markets. The Senior Manager will serve as a global leader and strategist for the hazmat storage team coordinating with Amazon’s businesses, supply chain, and compliance teams to continually enhance Amazon's operations, while reducing risks. This person will lead engagement across Amazon’s business teams that are integral to development of Amazon’s hazmat storage programs, geo policies, and global standards. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Assist route supervisors and the project supervisor in periodic checks of contamination on certain routes.
