Position Description Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) has an opening for a   Clean City Senior Planning & Development Specialist (Plng&Dev Spec, Sr)   in the People, Community and Culture Branch. This position will be tasked with coordinating the development, implementation, and assessment of the Litter Abatement Program (LAP). In addition to managing the LAP program, the position will also focus on edu-enforcement with illegal dumping to help identify longer-term strategies for prevention and enforcement. This unique opportunity offers the ability to analyze, adapt, and advance current efforts.
