General Job Description
The Executive Director’s primary function is to provide inspired leadership, ensuring that the mission, policies, and practices of Tree New Mexico are fulfilled with excellence.
TreeNM helps communities - large and small - plant and care for trees throughout The Land of Enchantment. (see our website for more information on who we are and what we do)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: This is an Albuquerque-based (in office) position
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Health insurance, generous PTO plan including paid Holidays, and reimbursements for Continuing Education and travel
Reporting: The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors
