Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing operations team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently while meeting daily productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Review, verify, and correct data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or missing information

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with computers, online systems, and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Basic knowledge of data validation and record management
