Job Description

Opportunity

  • Are you interested in joining an exciting team and building functional knowledge in Human Resources?
  • Do you enjoy learning new software and sharing your knowledge with others?

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn HR functions in the government contracting sector and develop needed skills and gain experience in the HR profession.

PURPOSE

Our clients have recognized our value and hired us to help them address the world's most important problems related to climate change, biodiversity conservation, and community resilience. Our rapid growth means that we have many new staff with deep expertise in the fields of conservation and development, but we have not had the opportunity to develop a common understanding of EI’s unique brand of quality products and services. Amongst us, we have master facilitators, strategists, and project managers, but we don’t yet have the systems fully in place to spread these skills across the company.

We need a Jr Generalist to assist with the implementation and management of our performance management platform, including technical support. This individual will be an important member of the People Team to support and counsel managers on our performance management system and perform other administrative HR duties.

If you have the experience and desire to help our staff become more effective, please apply.
