Position Overview
Come join one of the nation's oldest and largest Green Industry companies! Due to our growth and expansion, we are looking to add another team member to our growing Davey Shop. We service vehicles for our fleet that spreads to almost every state in the country!

Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Dump all shop trash cans Monday & Wednesday
- Scrub shop floors with electric floor scrubber as needed
- Mow grass and weed whack around shop
- Pick up parts from vendors
- Clean restrooms and Office weekly & order restroom supplies as needed
- Keep shop floor drains clean
- Dump Steel scrap in steel hopper
- Need forklift experience, unload all products from outside vendors and supply the shop with inventory
- Keep Gas & Diesel cans full
- Collect all shop rags on Monday morning
- Keep Mower / Tractor clean and serviced
- Perform minor building repairs inside and out
- Snow removal if needed
- Clean lunch room and Picnic tables when needed
- Keep shop first aid kits stocked and up to date
- Assist parts room & warehouse checking inventory when needed
- Keep all stock bodies and equipment outside neat and organized
- Help do yearly physical inventory
- Willing to work overtime as needed including Saturday
- Perform daily forklift inspection on all Forklifts and keep good records for safety
- Perform basic maintenance on all Forklifts
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Required: Valid CDL driver’s license
