Conservation Legacy is seeking an innovative and dynamic executive to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact.
The Board will look to its next Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) to think creatively and strategically about how to build upon Conservation Legacy’s successful 20-year legacy as one of the top conservation corps in the country.
Overseeing a passionate team of 130 full-time staff and a $36 million budget, the CEO is responsible for the execution of the organization’s strategic and operational goals and will partner closely with the Board and staff to embrace and refine the organization’s current strategic plan, while embedding justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion it into the programs, systems, and culture.
