Client Experience Coordinator | Assistant Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Assistant Customer Service Representative to our passionate team of tree care professionals. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Specialty Services office:

    • Field emails and phone calls from all arborists in the region for scheduling of Specialty Equipment work, and ensure proper paperwork is filled out.

    • Process employee time sheets and email offices regarding hours on jobs.

    • Maintain various databases and spreadsheets.

    • Order and maintain office supplies.

    • File and maintain DOT paperwork for the Specialty Services Office

    • Work with Vendors on deliveries or rental equipment

    • Process invoices in Readsoft

    • Other tasks as needed

  • Commercial Sales Arborists:

    • Set up accounts in CRM

    • Sell approved work and send off contracts to territories

    • Assist Commercial Sales arborists with miscellaneous needs with contracts, i.e permits, scheduling, etc.

    • Assist special customers with invoicing needs/requirements, i.e. PO numbers or Waiver of Liens

    • Mailers as needed

    • Additional work to promote Commercial Sales for the region as needed

 

Skills We’re Seeking:

  • Minimum one-year experience in office processes and office administration procedures
  • Outstanding telephone and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Preferred: prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems
