What We Need
ACP seeks a Research & Analytics Manager to help support the association’s analytic agenda through federal and state policy research, electric sector analysis, data collection and management, economic impact analysis, and market modeling.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Vice President of Research & Analytics, this position will inform strategic planning and drive member value through the development of industry reports, collateral, datasets, and fact sheets. The incumbent will support ACP in maintaining a fluent awareness of market trends and commercial activities, using quantitative methods to evaluate the impact of potential and existing policies on the industry. This position will effectively represent the clean power industry before policy makers, industry stakeholders, members, and the media.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
In this role, the Research & Analytics Manager will lead association and industry efforts on issues requiring extensive data analysis and technical competence, developing industry market reports covering a wide range of clean power sectors. As envisioned, this will include:

Education and/or Experience
Qualified applicants may possess any combination of education and experience enabling them to successfully perform the responsibilities of the position. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, statistics, or computer science preferred. Master’s degree a plus. Five or more years of industry experience preferred, ideally with demonstrated experience in policy, advocacy, or research.
