Position: CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR (Customer Service Represenative) (Full -Time)

Davey Tree, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Client Experience Coordinator position. Davey Tree provides tree are and arboricultural services to residential and commercial clients throughout the region. The Client Experience Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our prospects/clients and plays an important role in their overall client experience. This position is responsible for general office and client administrative functions within the office.
Manages and handles office activities associated with tree care and plant health care operations. Position involves handling incoming calls, scheduling of prospect/client calls, creating contracts, entering employee time sheets, maintaining client account information; billing/invoicing, managing accounts receivables and maintaining files. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
