Job Description & Responsibilities

Sigora Solar is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team! The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing sales through the growth and development of existing residential solar specialists, the recruitment and sign-up of new team members. This position is the primary point of contact with our residential solar sales team They must also serve as trainer, coach, and mentor to this team.

The Sales Manager will partner with senior management with marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to ensure a best in class customer experience. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular, specific appointments with solar specialists
  • Collect feedback and notes from appointments and mentor as needed
  • Communicate any open or follow-up items to the specialist after the appointment 
  • Schedule and conduct on-site training with solar specialists
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Gather local market intelligence and report to senior management
  • Maintain accurate records 
  • Track metrics to evaluate sales performance and penetration
  • Partner with management to successfully launch with new marketing and sales programs

  • In-home or outside sales experience require
  • 3-5 years of strong experience in sales or business development in a high ticket market (HVAC, Windows, other)
  • Strong computer and communication skills
