Normandeau Associates, Inc., one of the nation’s largest science-based environmental consulting firms, is seeking a temporary Field Technician for the Hampton, NH office.
Field duties include assisting in day-to-day field collection of marine biological samples both on boats and in power plants and assisting with field equipment preparation and maintenance.
The candidate will need to pass a security background check and drug screening for power plant access & must be willing to work long hours including night work. Some travel may be required. Small boat handling experience is a plus.
A degree in Fisheries, Wildlife, or Environmental Science, or a related degree is preferred, but not necessary. PADI Dive Certification and experienced small motorboat operating capabilities is a plus. Candidates should be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
