The Biologist serves as the project lead for the Dall's sheep and brown bear vital sign monitoring programs for the Arctic Network (ARCN) Inventory and Monitoring Division within the National Park Service (NPS). ARCN is one of 32 networks nationwide that instills science in resource stewardship through long-term data collection and management. The incumbent will implement both the Dall's sheep and brown bear monitoring protocols to determine population dynamics of these species across the Arctic Network.
