OVERVIEW

Seventh Generation is looking for a global integrated marketing manager to lead global campaign development and activation. This role will develop the global consumer facing campaign approach for Seventh Generation by working collaboratively with regional Brand Managers and the US Integrated Marketing Team to understand both market nuances and opportunities to drive global consistency. This person will also oversee all consumer campaign activations (largely digital) – supporting regional Brand Managers running local execution. We’re looking for a strategic leader and digital native to join our team of strategic, scrappy integrated marketers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Function as the single point of contact for local / regional stakeholders for consumer communications, enabling local teams to unlock and learn from global resources
  • Develop key global integrated marketing deliverables that enable efficient, consistent execution including the development of the Brand Experience Toolkit, oversight of Key Visuals and Asset Libraries, the PR Toolkit, etc.
  • Lead Communications subgroup of Seventh Generation international community, helping to share best practices
  • Influence creation, localization and execution of global consumer campaigns (mostly digital) that drive regional brand and business priorities 
  • Develop these campaigns in collaboration with regional Brand Managers and US Integrated Marketing Team
  • Oversee consumer campaign activation, to ensure successful execution by regional Brand Managers and to identify opportunities to improve business impact, operational efficiency, and global consistency
  • Participate as a member of the US Brand Lab Team, representing regional needs and nuances as that team develops consumer facing campaigns for the US
  • Identify and manage key tools for sharing resources with regional Brand Managers

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years proven experience in digital marketing
  • Strategic marketer, with experience building global, digital marketing campaigns
  • A leader and a doer
  • Experience building digital consumer campaigns that have driven measurable business and brand results
  • Excellent communication skills with experience managing diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Strong project management and process building skills, with concrete experience managing cross functional stakeholders (especially those in different time zones and cultures)
  • Effective writing and editing skills
  • Strategic thinker, solutions-oriented problem solver who is able to stay flexible and agile in fast-paced work environment

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Office environment – no special conditions
  • Some travel required; expect occasional international trips (<15%)
