Job Description

The Manager for Environmental Integration will be the team leader for Environmental Integration supporting & based at Disneyland Resort. This role is expected to largely work normal business hours, but will require flexibility as we partner with all areas of the Resort, many of which operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, weekends and holidays.

A 'day in the life' of this role will include spending time across the Resort learning about every business and ideating with local leader on innovative solutions that further our efforts to be a worldwide leader in all things Conservation.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven to hold themselves and their team to the highest level of performance. Additionally, this candidate will have proven abilities and a true passion for actively developing our Cast & Business to higher levels of growth. Broad Conservation industry knowledge & influence will also be critical to this candidate's success in leading and driving our team.


  • Leading our Environmental Integration team through influence & innovation to higher levels of conservation.
  • Focusing on Energy, Water & Waste consumption to achieve local & segment targets on or ahead of required deadlines. Represent team initiatives & projects to Resort leadership.
  • Assign projects, balance team workloads.
  • Continually grow & develop team of professionals to higher levels of performance.
  • Build relationships in a way that inspires leaders across Disneyland Resort to prioritize Environmental mindfulness in all of their work.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of leadership experience
  • Experience leading change to positively impact conservation metrics
  • Demonstrated influence & relationship skills across diverse areas
  • Comfort & confidence communicating directly with all levels of leadership within Disney Parks & Resorts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading Environmental/Conservation initiatives
  • Experience leading change to positively impact conservation metrics
  • Broad understanding of Environmental trends across our industry
  • Proven ability & true passion for actively teaching & developing Cast & Leaders
  • Demonstrated experience growing business results

Required Education

  • High School Diploma
