Job Description

Requirements:
B.S. in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Science and Engineering. Masters degree required. 7+ years of continual environmental, health and safety leadership. Certification in CSP, CIH, CFPS and CHMM are all preferred. Building framework to be a creative advocate for the EHS site program is a must. Must be competent in communication, good teamwork orientation skills and great problem solving and analysis ability.

Job Duties:
Impact site with new capability in Environmental Health and Safety. Plans and achieve maintenance of EHS risk assessment tools. Analyze action based environmental, health and safety goals for site leadership. Lead the post incident review of high-consequence EHS incidents. Manage incident reviews Ensure corrective and preventative actions addressing root causes are deployed. Lead creation of annual, environmental, health and safety targets/objectives to reduce exposure to the site's health and safety risks and environmental impacts. Coordinate utilization of the company's change management process to evaluate potential hazards and environmental impacts.
