As Starbucks sr. manager ethical sourcing, you will champion the Company’s commitment to leadership in ethical sourcing (worker, animal and environmental welfare) throughout our global supply chain. You will be a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders by assessing strategic and reputational impacts of business initiatives.

As a Starbucks sr. manager ethical sourcing, you will . . . 

  • Define strategies to proactively identify and address ethical sourcing issues (worker, animal and environmental welfare).
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure the assessment of social and environmental impacts are integrated in the sourcing process. 
  • Develop and integrate best in class ethical sourcing programs throughout the Company’s global supply chain.
  • Lead and coach team members to achieve business results. 

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Seven years developing and integrating comprehensive programs to address ethical sourcing issues (worker, animal and environmental welfare) in a progressive organization.
  • Seven years direct work experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Seven years leading and facilitating cross-functional groups.
  • Three or more years people management.
