OBG is currently seeking a Licensed Site Remediation Professional / Sr. Manager for our New Jersey area Site Remediation practice. In this key position, you will provide project management and technical / regulatory direction to project staff and clients involved in site investigation / remediation projects. Responsibilities include:
Manage and direct the execution of key projects/programs, including Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Remedial Designs, Remedial Actions, and post-remediation monitoring (engineering controls/Deed Notices, CEAs, Remedial Action Permits, RAOs)
Manage and coordinate the preparation of LSRP technical and administrative submittals
Develop project execution strategies, and successfully manage project activities related to scope, schedule, and budget
Regularly interact with existing and prospective clients and establish collaborative OBG project teams with engineers, geologists and scientists
Support the development and implementation of growth strategies for the Firm’s Remediation practice in the NJ/Metropolitan NY area
Serve as mentor to practice area personnel

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related scientific or engineering field with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
LSRP license in good standing with diverse mix of LSRP caseload throughout the remedial lifecycle including issuance of RAOs and management of RAPs
Other professional licenses / certifications a plus
Ability to set forth a clear vision and strategy for executing remedial projects in compliance with applicable regulations while satisfying client / project needs and schedule
Solid PM skills, with strong technical and client relationship building capabilities
Commanding knowledge of NJDEP ARRCS and TRSR; CERCLA and RCRA corrective action experience a plus
Experience with both conventional and innovative remediation technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus, and strong ability to work effectively in teams, including interactions with company experts based on project needs (e.g., ecological risk assessors, data validators, fate & transport modelers, etc.)
The position can be based out of our Edison, NJ or East Norriton, PA offices, and will routinely interact with staff in those offices. Flexibility to work out of both offices as needed is expected and can be accommodated by occasional work from home arrangements.
