Applicants should have experience with bats (mist-nets, telemetry, and acoustics) and will be responsible for assisting project managers with managing field staff, resources and data on a variety of wildlife survey and analysis projects within the TX-OK regions (travel to other regions may be required), completing bat surveys per USFWS and state guidance, the set-up of new field projects and short-term field surveys and scientific report writing. Travel will be required (50% office time and 50% field time is anticipated on an annual basis; however, monthly breakdowns will be seasonally dependent on work).
