You will:
-Serve as an expert technical authority on Water Infrastructure Division's implementation of WIFIA as it relates to the technical/engineering/scientific aspects of project design, construction and operation.

-Plan, develop, review evaluate and directly participate in the establishment and implementation of the WIFIA loan program and work with private consultants to assure that projects considered for loans under the program are of the highest quality possible.

-Serve a team member on a cross office work-group charged with expert technical reviews and makes recommendation to support approval or denial of specific applications for financing under the WIFIA program.

-Provide expert technical and engineering/scientific advice and consultation to agency and/or contract technical personnel on problems of a highly technical nature pertaining to criteria or specifications relating to implementation of the WIFIA loan program.

-Direct and monitor technical contractual efforts to assure that Federal funds are properly expended and that the technical product resulting from such expenditures is appropriately matched to the needs and requirements of the Agency.

Travel Required

Occasional travel - You may be required to travel 1 to 5 days per month.
