Job Description

Position Summary:

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the  implementation of Bunge’s global sustainability strategy, and the enhancement of Bunge’s commercial operations and corporate reputation, by focusing on the development of a communications framework for internal and external stakeholders, and creating compelling content across multiple channels. In this role you will create content and key messages for technical reports in Global Reporting Initiative standards (GRI) and Carbon Disclosure Project guidelines (CDP), as well as policies updates, marketing, portal and website updates, and presentations and fact sheets for customers. 

Core Functions:

  • Translate sustainability at Bunge into an internal / external user friendly platform in a creative, engaging and endorsable manner, respecting all stakeholder engagement requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with global communications team to support broader Bunge communications efforts and follow policies and strategies
  • Create communication content for internal teams and external use, supporting regional and global communication integration (factsheets,  portal content,  customer communication, support marketing content based on sustainability, partnership reports, global report according to GRI)

  • Support public reporting by collecting and analyzing indicators from multiple sources ([establish KPIs], engage with internal areas to collect hero stories, create sustainability platform for communication, support regional teams communication pieces, adapt content)

  • Conduct external communication (update website, review position papers, create presentations, review articles, suggest diagrams and charts to illustrate major points of interest)

  • Conduct materiality assessments (surveys to stakeholders, results analysis, recommendation to management about findings, ) 

Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in areas related to communication related liberal arts.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting as per above, with a focus on project management.

  • Full experience in communication techniques and related tools, web and online tools, content analysis and writing. Understanding of communication to customers.

  • Highly skilled on communication techniques

  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of Global Reporting Initiative standards (GRI) and CDP reports (Carbon Disclosure Project guidelines)
