SUMMARY: Tetra Tech, Inc. (Tt) seeks an experienced professional capable of managing and executing petroleum and natural gas (including LNG and natural gas liquids) permitting projects. Projects can include pipelines, terminals, gas processing, refining, and generally all upstream and downstream activities.
The candidate must have demonstrated experienced in managing and siting interstate pipelines within relevant regulatory frameworks such as FERC and NEPA, and within various state’s permitting requirements.
Additional qualifications includes support of FEED studies, rare, threatened, and endangered species survey clearances, public scoping meetings and hearings, and provide related training, inspections, and audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: B.S. in Engineering, Geology, or related science with a minimum 15 years of directly applicable experience required. Experience in the United States Oil and Gas Market is required. Professional registration is required for engineers or geologists. Be self-motivated and creative and have strong organization, inter-personal communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Possess knowledge of and be able to support marketing all services offered by Tt for the Oil and Gas Market Sector. Candidate must have the ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients, management, state and Federal regulators, technical, graphics, and support personnel.
