Manage 3rd Party Vendors: creation and management of rhythm of business calendar, scorecard process for vendor performance, re view data to calculate performance against KPIs, Troubleshoot and resolve any performance issues, prepare and present scorecard to vendor, conduct quarterly business reviews, coordinate with vendor to drive continuous improvement
Billing Oversight: Identify and coordinate all entities that impact the open/close process for all utilities (energy, water, waste, cable/internet) managed by third party; streamline and monitor processes to ensure timely completion, eliminate disruption of service and/or overpayment; partner with Lease Admin to coordinate utility open/close Lease process; audit third party bill payer to ensure utility account closure has occurred as directed; ensure billing accuracy for both unit rate and consumption
Energy Purchasing: Identify and coordinate client stakeholder to make decisions and commitments with respect to energy agreements; ensure procurement strategies are in place for primary client group and aligned with other groups (e.g., Sustainability) where applicable; review opportunities against sustainability strategy and market best practices; make recommendation to stakeholders; secure “opt-in” or “opt-out” feedback from stakeholders with respect to pending procurement deals; coordinate with third party bill payer on strategy execution; coordinate engagement with third party open-market experts as necessary to execute open market purchases
Communication: provide single point of contact and escalation for all third party bill pay communication with client and vendor; organize and facilitate collaboration of stakeholders on key events, decision and performance management
Reporting: Centralize all reporting requirements and ensure they are provided as scheduled; review reports for anomalies and work with stakeholders and third party bill payer to adjust reporting requirements as needed, or secure ad hoc reports
Operations: identify anomalies found in utility usage and/or billing and escalate to appropriate stakeholder groups for resolution; coordinate utility management (energy, water and waste) with CBRE facility management and engineering teams as applicable; review current service models at each CBRE managed site to ensure sites are benefitting from right-sized disposal units, optimal pick-up frequency, cardboard rebates and appropriate capacity sensor technology
Sourcing: coordinate with client stakeholders to review current waste management program, scope and contract obligations; develop a client focused Waste Management Category Sourcing Strategy, outlining keys to a successful waste management program with defined criteria, scope, objectives and goals while leveraging the CBRE ‘Platform’ and CBRE’s Strategic Supplier partnership with Waste management provider as part of the Category Sourcing Strategy.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
