Duties will be loading and unloading trucks with hazardous and non- hazardous industrial waste.  Some of these waste include but are not limited to liquids, sludge, solids and debris.

While doing so you must maintain good housekeeping and compliance in your area and in the aisle space. You must be able to maintain accurate inventory control in the storage areas by segregating containers by process codes, process and consolidate drums and boxes.

You must be willing to complete additional duties assigned by your supervisor.  These could include assisting other departments. Also, you may be asked to help with training alone side your supervisor with any new hires or transfers.

Here at Clean Earth safety and compliance must be maintained at all times according to Federal, State and local regulations.  You as the employee will be required to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the work day.

Qualifications

-High school diploma or GED equivalent

-Willing to complete multiple training courses

-The employee must be required to stand for extended periods of time

-Utilize reference material to accurately segregate and put away waste containers

-Willingness to learn in house codes

-Good analytical and problem solving skills

-Good work ethic

-Experience preferred in the hazardous waste industry

-Forklift certified is a plus but is not required
