Dewberry's Northeast Environmental Team has an immediate opening for a position located in the central and eastern PA office for an experienced NEPA Specialist. 


Dewberry is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the role of Senior National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Specialist. Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage multiple NEPA projects and oversee activities from initiation to completion of the NEPA process
  • Institutional knowledge of multiple resources and their role in the analysis
  • Ability to prepare a variety of NEPA documents

Required Skills & Required Experience


  • 10-15 years professional experience working with NEPA and environmental review of various projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • PennDOT experience a plus.
  • Confident writer and editor.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
