Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an environmental engineer with project management execution, and operations responsibility in assigned projects within a program element.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance and technical guidance for the preparation of permits, waivers, consent declaration, surveys, assessments and statements.
  • Responsible for the administration, planning, monitoring, directing, and assisting in the accomplishment of the engineering functions
  • Manages the identification, design and cleanup of Installation Restoration Program (IRP) and executes RCRA corrective action sites due to past waste disposal practices (fire training areas, landfills, farms, etc.).
  • Manage, initiates and maintains the base environmental program through guidance and direction of other subordinate professional and nonprofessionals.
