ENERCON is seeking a FERC/NEPA Project Manager for a position reporting to the Houston office, to lead the preparation of third-party NEPA documents (EAs or EISs) and/or FERC Resource Reports for natural gas, crude oil, refined product or natural gas liquid (NGL) pipelines and pipeline conversions.
This position will also prepare local, state, and federal permit applications and environmental documents for Waters of the U.S., listed species, floodplains, hydrostatic testing, and other permit needs. Typical tasks managed include Clean Water Act Section 404 delineations and reconnaissance level assessments of wetlands and Waters of the US; Threatened and Endangered species surveys and habitat assessments; preparation of reports and permit applications; and collection and management of GIS data.
Office work typically consists of writing reports for projects that have been evaluated in the field. Travel is generally within Texas and surrounding states but may extend beyond this range. Overnight travel on short notice is possible.
