ERG has an opening for a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual with experience in environmental due diligence to support ongoing real property transitions at federal laboratory facilities in Research Triangle Park, NC, as well as throughout the United States. You will be providing environmental due diligence project management and oversight, worksite visits/inspections, and records reviews - along with developing related documentation and managing subcontractors.
Ideal candidates will have, at a minimum, experience with ASTM E1527-13 and ASTM E1903-11; a B.S. degree in a related field (e.g., environmental science/engineering, geology); six to 12 years of relevant experience conducting Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments, including preparing site sampling and analysis plans, quality assurance project plans, and health and safety plans; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access and Excel; the ability to work well as part of a team; and excellent communications, writing, organizational, and analytical skills. A good working knowledge of RCRA, EPCRA, NRC, CAA, and CWA a plus.
