The Supply Chain Sustainability Organization is seeking a sustainability leader to drive our enterprise circular economy program. You will lead a multi-faceted, cross functional program while developing the future leaders in sustainability at Cisco.
You'll drive strategy, lead deliverables to completion, find opportunities, socialize projects and engage teams to connect to sustainability. You will understand the larger ecosystem of circular economy both within Cisco as well as externally with our customers, suppliers and other key partners. You will lead a team of passionate top-talent individuals within Supply Chain Sustainability who will actively drive Sustainability and Circular Economy requirements and opportunities across all of Cisco's business.

You are an articulate leader that can craft and drive new strategies, program manage multiple workstreams at a time and meet deliverables on time and on target. You are highly skilled in influencing strategies with strong business insight. You have experience managing and developing a high talent team.
At a minimum, we expect you to have a Master's degree in business or sustainability with 8-10 years of experience. You should also have experience with stakeholder engagement, public speaking and strong capabilities to engage with executives on a diverse set of topics.
