Job Description

Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, passionate, and results-oriented Environmental Intern who is looking for a hands-on learning experience in their field of study.  This 40+ hour per week internship will be based out of our office in Springfield, MO from June through August 2018 focusing on various environmental industries including water resources, land-based remediation, and mining. Extensive travel may be required for this internship, which Foth will financially support.   

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the completion of environmental projects in the field and office
  • Perform field work to include soil, water, and sediment sampling
  • Ensure proper documentation of field events
  • Prepare permit documents
  • Assist with data management and preparation of environmental reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Science 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • 40 hour HAZWOPER training
  • Previous environmental experience
