We have a competitive compensation program Outstanding benefits- PTO, Medical package, 401k matching, short and long term disability, life insurance just to name a few Excellent opportunities for advancement in a growing and thriving organization The Waters was recognized as a Top Place to Work The Waters mission is to change the landscape of senior living through innovated care philosophies and partnerships Our communities are beautifully constructed and designed and team members say it's one of their favorite things about working at The Waters Qualifications for an Environmental Services Manager at The Waters: Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance field, preferably in the hospitality industry or a senior living community Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role Experience leading and managing the environmental services and housekeeping team Ability to complete community maintenance request (plumbing issues, minor electrical issues, changing light bulbs and ballast) Exceptional customer service and communication skills Attend and participate in regular budget discussions for the environmental services division Ability to effectively prioritize projects, recommend capital improvements and evaluate improvements for value add High school diploma or equivalent experience required Technical college or 4 year degree desired Responsibilities of an Environmental Services Manager at The Waters: Preserve an immaculate environment and exceptional customer service experience to all guests Supervise and manage the overall physical plant, environment, maintenance and cleanliness of the internal community building and external community grounds Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance and cleaning is performed for the health, safety, comfort and wellbeing of all residents, guests and team members Inspect grounds and buildings to develop projects for improvements Maintain a working knowledge of the established internal policies and state and federal code of regulations to provide a healthy and safe community environment The Waters is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce and proudly participates in E-Verify.
