Job Description

The EHS Manager assists the EHS Director in the development, communication, implementation and monitoring of the CEB EHS program.  The EHS Manager will work across all business lines to provide expertise in the areas of health and safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in health and safety or environmental science of engineering
  • Master’s Degree (preferred) 

Experience:

  • 10 Years of experience in the EHS field, preferrably in the power generation field 

Job Skills:

  • Strong familiarities with US EHS laws and regulations
  • Experienced in providing EHS support to operating facilities, preferably in the power generation field.
  • Experienced in providing EHS training support to operating facilities, with emphasis on electrical safety
  • Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Office suite with particular skill in PowerPoint,
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain working relationship across departments and lines of business. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to advocate for a point of view and convince others to take action.
