Provide specialist environmental/ecological input to a range of environmental planning, environmental rehabilitation, water resources and urban planning projects
Deliver environmental/ ecological study methodology, planning/sustainability strategy, mitigation measures and feasibility assessment etc.
Site visit, data collection, paper research and protection-development balance analysis.
Field studies of flora, fauna and physical features (soils and hydrology).
Responsible for environmental deliverables including initial sketches, reporting and presentation slides.
Potentially managing small to medium sized projects.
Frequent travel may be required.
Master's degree in Hydrogeology & Water Resource/ Ecology/ Environmental Sciences, or other related disciplines.
Computer skills (proficiency in ArcGIS, CAD, Adobe CS software and/or sustainable development programs).
7-9 years’ work experience in environmental planning or urban planning project.
Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Title can be adjusted according to candidate's specific background.
Strong communication skills are essential qualities to successfully work with diverse disciplines and cultures.
