We seek a Project Manager in Richmond Virginia office with strong expertise in study and design of water treatment and distribution facilities to serve our clients in Mid-Atlantic region. The individual needs to have proven experience in project management, client relationship management and business development. The individual is required to have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in mentoring staff and leading multi-discipline teams to perform master planning, study, and design of water supply, treatment, and distribution facilities (including storage, pumping stations and transmission mains), as well as water resource planning and management. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Work with existing staff on existing projects to assure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction Lead and manage projects for water transmission and distribution system modeling, study and design, water treatment study and design and water master planning Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, as well as develop relationships with prospective clients that are aligned with the Business Plan Assist in the development and implementation of specific client plans and project pursuit plans Mentor and develop technical staff with respect to the responsibilities listed herein Other required duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education:     Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field Experience:   A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in water engineering consulting is required.
